General Description

The UCLA Urban Development Graduate Program annually competes in the Bank of America National Low-Income Housing Challenge. UCLA gave me full creative and marketing control to produce a developmental proposal for the competition. With only two weeks to write the script, lead the production, manage post production and put the story in a clear and concise manner I was able to help UCLA win the National Low-Income Housing Challenge.

General Description

The Community Health Initiative of Kern County, a program of Dignity Health, is a community partnership working to provide uninsured individuals and families access to comprehensive health insurance. My role was to create a marketing strategy that integrated all of the complicated health insurance information into a simple to understand format that could inform thousands of patients. As a result, I produced a video to inform the public during clinic visits about the benefits of their health insurance in an easy to understand and entertaining video production style.

General Description

The Boys & Girls Club of Camarillo is open to all youth between the ages of six and eighteen, regardless of where they live or their ability to pay. To increase public awareness throughout the community I produced a video for distribution on the web, social media and TV.

General Description

USC launched the Business Directory to increase business referrals amongst it's alumni. Unfortunately, sales were down and the university needed a fresh approach to inform USC alumni of the directory. After analyzing the situation I pitched the idea of an animation video to the Board of Directors. The result was a clean, simple and elegant video that aligned with the USC brand and target demographic. Nasabalm

General Description

Nasabalm is an organic nasal balm that helps to soothe sore, chapped and irritated nasal passages. I was asked to create a marketing strategy to launch the one of a kind product in order to introduce the product to consumers and retailers. As a result, I was able acquire UPS as the first retailer to distribute the product.

General Description

The Tan Spa needed a professional online presence to reach their desired target audience in the Orange County. As a result I conducted market research for tanning salons in Laguna Niguel. The marketing design and brand was inspired by beauty, the ocean and fashion.

General Description

The Pleasant Valley School District (PVSD) is known for its cutting edge educational agenda. In order to create awareness of the great district the Superintendent, and Board of Directors needed to communicate with the community and professionals relocating to the Ventura County area. As a result a branding, marketing and education campaign was created to reach the City of Camarillo and surrounding cities. Six videos were produced to communicate the education, technology and faculty that make the PVSD great.

General Description

The Camarillo Hotel and Tourism Association wanted to rebrand the City of Camarillo in order to increase overnight hotel stays for the 11 hotels in the City. After pitching various logo concepts, slogans and marketing strategies to drive "heads in beds". The Board of Directors decided to go with one of the logos I created and the slogan "Come for the Sun. Stay for the Fun". The logo I designed was inspired by the popular attractions the City of Camarillo has to offer.
